Accra Hearts of Oak began the 2020/21 Ghana Premier league season with alot of enthusiasm having all their players free from injuries, but as at Matchday eight, three key players of the team are nursing minor injuries that might rule them out for their match against Elmina Sharks on Sunday in Elmina.
This involves valour midfielder Emmanuel Nettey, Mitchell Sarpong and Kojo Obeng Jr.
Update on players fitness:
Emmanuel Nettey is receiving medical attention on the knee injury he sustained in the game against Inter Allies on Matchday three of the Ghana Premier league. He is expected to meet the doctors again this week to continue his recovery and rehabilitation.
Ace Dribbler Michelle Sarpong is down with a hamstring injury and currently on medication. Information we are picking reveals he will be out for 2 weeks and will miss three matches in the Ghana Premier league.
Kojo Obeng Jr is receiving treatment on the groin injury he sustained against Aduana Stars in Dormaa. The medical team is confident he will be back to training next week and prepare for the subsequent matches.
