JUST IN: Samuel Osei Kuffour To Replace The Out Of Favour Nana Yaw Amponsah As Kotoko CEO.

Information reaching your most dependable football tabloid focuzsports.com indicates, the board members of Kumasi Asante Kotoko have officially approached former Bayern Munich defender Samuel Osei Kuffour to replace the current Chief executive officer Nana Yaw Amponsah, who in the past weeks has been in the media for all the wrong reasons.

Nana Yaw Amponsah was heavily castigated for sacking Coach Maxwell Konadu without the knowledge of the board members and exposing the contract details between the club and some players and the sponsors especially the Hisense deal to the media.

Nana Yaw Amponsah despite his heroics in getting alot of sponsorships worth Gh12,000,000 within three months of his appointment has been neglected by some board members describing him as arrogant for flaunting some of their directives especially on Coach Maxwell Konadu sacking.

The board members have spoken to Samuel Osei Kuffour who before the appointment of Nana Yaw Amponsah was a clear favourite for the enterprising CEO position but was overlooked due to a leaked information he gave to the media regarding his proposed appointment as the CEO by the Chief of staff at Manhyia palace.

Nana Yaw Amponsah is currently with the team in Sudan and his fate will be decided soon as he return in the coming days, but focuzsports can confidently say Samuel Osei Kuffour will be appointed as the CEO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the coming days.
