BREAKING: Emmanuel Gyamfi To Be Sacked By Kotoko Management After This Season.

The deputy captain of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Emmanuel Gyamfi has been dropped from the porcupines warriors starting lineup against Liberty Professionals in their Matchday eight fixture in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier league.

The reason behind his exclusion from the starting lineup has not been officially revealed but sources closer to the team reveal the Kotoko management was very peeved at his behaviour when the team traveled for play against Al-Hilal of Sudan for the second leg of the Caf Champions league group stages prelims.

Emmanuel Gyamfi according to multiple report led the revolt when the players were demanding their outstanding bonuses and their December 2020 unpaid salaries before they train for the game.

The Kotoko management feels he(Emmanuel Gyamfi) didn’t show enough leadership by leading that players revolt and has decided to sideline him after this season.
