The chief of oblieman, who also serves as the CEO of the Council of International Chamber of Commerce, Nii Ayitey Anumle Oyanka I, has inaugurated the Anamase Alliance Council to fasten the developmental goals.
Nii Oyanka I in his address mentioned that, as custodians of the land, their responsibility is to uphold and protect the Natural Resources.
“We have to protect the lands, culture, customs, heritage and traditions as custodians of the land. Today marks another important milestone for us, as traditional leaders as we continue with a very important and primary task of promoting the interests of traditional communities in our country”. He furthermore advised the youth in the country to establish themselves well to avoid being used by politicians for petty political squabbles.
The Anamase Royal Council of Akyem Bosome Traditional Area was successfully commissioned by the council to spearhead the Infrastructure, Development, Security and Protection of the Anamase natural resources as well as foreign affairs and environmental sustainability.
A minute silence was observed to honour the late Chief of Osu, Nii Okwei Kinka Dowuona who also served as the President of the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs. “It is with great sadness that, I am here without my godfather, mentor, brother and chief, the late Osu Chief, May his soul rest in perfect peace”.
